Digital product

Mfer Smart Algo is a digital product delivered by granting your TradingView username access to the invite-only indicator. There is no physical shipment.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account; your access continues until the end of the paid term and does not renew. We do not refund partial months or unused time after access has been provided, except where required by law.

Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for ongoing access and is not refundable after access has been granted, except where required by law.

Your legal right to cancel (EU/UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. When you buy, you ask us to give you access immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right once access is provided. If you have not yet been given access, contact us and we will cancel and refund you.

Faults and mistakes

If access was never delivered, or you were charged in error, or access does not work and we cannot fix it, we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
