Terms of Service
Agreement
By creating an account or buying access you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Mfer Smart Algo is a TradingView indicator and educational content. We are not a broker, dealer or investment adviser, and nothing we provide is financial advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
Plans and billing
We offer recurring plans (1, 3 and 12 months) billed in advance, and a one-time Lifetime plan. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled before renewal. Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Access
Indicator access is granted to the TradingView username you provide. It is personal and may not be shared. A wrong username can delay access.
Licence and restrictions
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the indicator for your own trading. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute it, or share access with others.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid term. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, including sharing or reselling access.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. We do not warrant that the indicator will be accurate, uninterrupted or profitable. See our Risk Disclosure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where we operate, without limiting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the update.
